Webcams are Online

We apologize for any recent difficulties in accessing our Webcams. On September 6th, a Spectrum hardware failure crashed our network. We were able to restore the internal network that day, but the external feeds did not reset. It has taken multiple third-party IT resources to assess issues and they have been able to reconstruct a new process that went live on September 10th. This should also prevent some future problems that may occur due to Spectrum resetting the network and IP addresses.

Again, we greatly apologize for the inconvenience. We know you love to watch your dog on the cameras and check in on them throughout their stay. This is the first issue of this magnitude in the last two years and we have taken additional preventative measures to prevent future downtime. As always, we love having your dog stay with us and appreciate your business.
