New Pricing October 2021

Due to the rapid increase in labor costs, the ongoing labor shortage, and inflation of all supplies, we must raise some prices.  We have tried to limit the impact, but this is first increase since January 2018. 

Boarding: Large Suites $46/night

• NO Change to Small Suites $38
• Multi-pet discounts (Save $20/ night). 
  • Dogs must stay in same suite. Must be from same household & live together on daily basis.
• 10% OFFany stay of 10 days or more. 15% OFF stay of 20
• Check-outs After Noon will be charged $17 daycare fee (excludes Sundays)
  
• Cancellations with Less than 24-hour notice or No Notice will be charged $17 fee.  This results in other dogs being turned away for capacity and staffing challenges. 
• Date Changes require a phone call.  If you do not show on the scheduled drop-off date, the entire reservation will be canceled.  Email reminders are sent 24 hours prior to stay.
• Non-Refundable Deposits required for major Holidays (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4^th) applied to bill at check-out, but not refunded if canceled.  Policy started for new customers in 2019

• Food for boarding, please individually bag (Ziplocs) for each meal or use sealable containers under 15lbs.  Most dog food bags are not resealable.
• Meals requiring extra prep time may incur $1/day charge.  This significantly slows down the feeding process when 20 dogs have meals requiring additional preparations.
• Our House Food is Victor Multi-Pro.  $2/day when boarding.  Bring own food to avoid upset stomachs
